Yes, pineapple, but you’re gonna need a lot of meat to foil that sweetness. S’OK. I like lots of toppings. I’d put meatball and sausage on there. Maybe onion, too. And lots of crushed red pepper and parm sprinkled on there.

Agreed but it has to be paired correctly otherwise it dominates.
Example – pepperoni + pineapple + Jalapeno touches on all the main tastes. Sweet, tart, savory, salty, umami, spicy etc
