Simple Spanish classic Jamon Bocadillo. Serrano ham, mini San-marzano tomatoes, good olive oil and some oregano served on an artisan baguette. Simple but perfect and a great holiday memory.

    When I first saw the first photo I thought those were ripe jalapeno slices. I then thought this will be great, but I guess no deal. I’m sure it was still a great sandwich.
