Moroccan Khobz Dar – Homemade Bread

You’ll need:
• 1 kg flour
• 21 g dry yeast
• 1 ½ tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp salt
• 180ml milk
• 520ml water
• 90 ml olive oil
Steps:
Mix flour + yeast + sugar.
Add milk & water gradually.
Add olive oil, then salt.
Knead 10 min (mixer) / 15 min (hand). 👉 Dough will be sticky, that’s normal!
Let rise until doubled (1–2h).
With wet hands, divide into 4 pieces, shape balls, then flatten into 24 cm rounds on parchment with semolina.
Rest 30 min.
Bake at 225°C ~10 min. Turn if needed.
Tap the bottom: if hollow, it’s done ✅

Enjoy with olive oil, honey-butter, or tajine 🫓✨
