Are these recipes you cook for yourself during closing/lunch time or for customers?
Unnecessarily complicated.
I am a big fan of you and how you cook – 🧑🍳 thank you so much for sharing! 🙏
I would cook this at home but I can't cause I can't get access to that variety of seafood without a huge expense and waste. I could do maybe 3 kinds, but ideally just one would be more feasible.
Thank you
Now we can see what chef sees. Thanks for coming up the idea of camera mounting.
No BS and in real time, fantastic. Took you just over 8mins but will still take me 15mins.
It would be great if you could show us how you do Tagliatelle ai funghi porcini.
What kind of pan do you use? 😊
It's crazy how one works in a kitchen all day, and then comes home to see this hahaha it's dreamy
