I had left over rice and asparagus so figured I might make what I posted here yesterday. I had some barramundi left over and had been craving it all day, I don’t normally eat this much fish in the week but I was fiending for it.

I quickly learned that I don’t know how to cook flakey fish and it crumbled to a million pieces. I accepted defeat and let it cook through in a big pile, garlic olive oil running through it. Wasn’t bad, 7/10

Ingredients –

Asparagus stalks

Chopped purple onion rings

Rice mixed with red capsicum and turmeric and chilli powder

Slab of Aussie barramundi

Cooked and drizzled with touches of black pepper, salt and oil.

I would enjoy every bite of this plate! Sounds delicious. Barramundi is a great fish, but yes, can be delicate to handle.
