Hello, 👋 everybody. I used my own starter that is just about 4 weeks old. (First timer here)
The starter is KA AP. The recipe was really easy to follow and this is also the same author/website that I used to make my starter.

https://www.theclevercarrot.com/2021/06/easy-homemade-sourdough-bagels/

I made the bagels with KA BF and I did substitute the sugar for honey 🍯

Fed my sourdough at 7 am ish (We’d) and then made the dough around 1:30 pm , proofed on the counter until it had doubled at about 9:30 pm. Divided, rolled, rested, made the holes, then into the fridge over night.
6:30 am(Thurs), boiled them in water and honey, baked at 425° for about 25 minutes. They came out ammmzing.
