Where can I get a good East Coast style chicken cutlet sandwich here?

Looking for a classic NY/CT style sandwich, with thin crispy cutlets, American cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Any recs would be appreciated! It’s the food I miss most from my time in the Northeast.
