If you find fresh figs, here’s what to make with them. This season is so brief that you really got to live it up. So, what we’re doing today is making a brief fig and pushcuto puff pastry gallette. Just bake the brie in some puff pastry and top with fresh pushcuto, balsamic, figs, and that’s it. It’s so perfect.
