We’re going to make basically a cantaloupe or melon puto salad with just a couple other little simple treats. You’re going to want to cut your melon here in half. Oh, can you guys get the aroma of the melon right there? I’m going to go ahead and clean it. So, we’re going to cut the melon up here a bit. Just cut it right down the side. And then we’re going to cut it one more time. You’re going to come right across the bottom and skin your melon. I want to cut them to something I can fit in my mouth. And then I’m going to go ahead and put these right on our dish. Next, guys, you’re going to take your puto. Some of it you’re just going to tear. And then just put almost like you’re going to swirl it in there. Take my mozzarella. And then I’m going to give it a slice. Cut it up is what I’m looking for. Just like that. Same thing. Again, you’re looking for aesthetics here. Do a nice drizzle of olive oil across. And then I’m going to take some salt. Take a little parsley. We’re just going to grab a perfect bite with our fork. So I’m going to grab, you know, if you will, a mozzarella, a little bit of puto, and I’ve got it right there. That is literally my perfect bite. Again, the melon, the sweetness, and then the saltiness with the meat flavor from the puto. The salt is just perfect. And the mozzarella gives it that flavor, that texture, the creaminess without overloading it. Now you’re finishing up with the melon, the mozzarella, and the puto is the last thing to finish.
