I have to say this is a good substitute for when my local ice cream shop is closed this winter and I can’t get their homemade vanilla peanut butter.
The peanut butter ice cream is smooth and velvety without being cloyingly sweet. Good (not great) chunks of peanut butter. A nice amount of small chocolate peanut butter cups woven throughout.
