The two cruises I’ve been on had not great rave about food but for it to be all inclusive, it wasn’t bad at all and I’m talking the budget cruise line, Carnival.
Then again this was mid 2000’s

I would not expect much more from a typical cruise or chain steak place… i would expect a lot more from a good steak house … but i don’t eat steak out because I can out cook 99% of the places and don’t like to pay 10x for poorly cooked steak
