3 Tbsp Sugar
1 & ½ Tsp Yeast
Keep Aside For 5 Min.

Add 3 tbsp sugar and 1 and 1/2 teaspoon yeast. Mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes to activate. Now add one egg, 2 tbsp oil and/ teaspoon salt. Mix well. [Music] Gradually add 1 and 1/2 cup flour and make a smooth batter. Milk adds calcium and makes the bun soft. Eggs provide protein and help bind the dough. [Music] [Music] Keep aside for 40 minutes to rest. For the buttercream, take half2 cup softened butter, half cup powdered sugar and/ teaspoon vanilla essence. Beat until light and fluffy. Heat some oil on medium flame. [Music] Grease a spoon with hot oil. Then gently pour the batter. Fry in medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
