Made mille-feuille nabe for some friends tonight. Served with zakkokumai, ponzu & green onions dipping sauce, and a variety of condiments.
One of my absolute favorite nabes since it comes together quick, requires very few ingredients, and is so dang tasty.
Can’t wait for more nabe this cold season!
