Mix together:

150 ml soy milk
2 tbsp tapioca starch
40 ml evoo (or any other oil)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp nooch

Pour a bunch on your pizza and voila. Found out about this through johnnythevegan on instagram. Crazy easy and delicious

    I’ve made this and it’s tasty! But I haven’t been able to get the thickness of cheese that you have in your pic – did you change the recipe at all? Or add extra layers of cheese liquid after cooking a while?
