    Gamberi e gorgonzola è qualcosa che mi è del tutto nuova.
    Di solito formaggio e pesce non legano, ma con i crostacei…chissà 🤔
    Parliamo di che tipo di gorgonzola però? Dolce o piccante?
    La vera stonatura però, scusa se mi permetto,è quel bosco di origano, se lo è?🤨

    Could have use two plates, at least a small one for the grass on the side.

    Don’t really agree with everyone calling this a flavor nightmare, bleu cheese and shrimp can be happy bedfellows imo. Respectfully though, the plating is a little much lol
