It’s hot today and it’s going over 30 degrees next week. So, here’s a quick recipe you can make. It tastes delicious, minimal cooking, and it’s perfect for a sunny day. I’ve diced some cucumber and some red pepper. Now, we’re just going to chop up some red onion. Then, scrunch together some fresh parsley and chop it up. I’ve been boiling an egg for about 4 minutes. In the same pan, we’re just going to whack in some pasta. Splashed on me. That was hot. And then get this back on the hob. Then we can cut the avocado in half and we can just squeeze it out into a bowl. Same with the other side. Squeeze in some lemon juice. Then mash it up. Add some mayo. A couple of tablespoons. Some salt, black pepper. Mixy mixy. Then take the egg out and get it into some cold water. I run the pasta under some cold water as well to cool it down. Then we can whack it in the bowl. Then in with the tuna. I’m going to add a couple of tins. Add the pepper, the onion, cucumber, and parsley. Mixy mixy. Then grab your egg and we can remove the shell like this. Then chop it up in with the pasta. One final mix. And there you have a delicious tuna pasta salad. Garnish with some fresh parsley. It’s honestly so good. Lovely.
