Was the meat chewy? This is something that I wish they went overboard by smoking/braising the meat until is was melt in your mouth and just jacked up the price bc of the time involved.

Google says braciole is thin beef wrapped up with various herbs, cheese, and bread crumbs. Somewhat similar to a German rouloden.
