😋 The cheese tortellini and peas was so satisfying and since I didn’t have breakfast it was the perfect filling meal.

Now need to think about dinner and a snack. It’s only 12:30 pm.

Have you tried allulose instead of sugar? Really makes a difference in the long run

I would recommend cutting down on the sugar, 5 teaspoons is a lot and you’ll get used to less

If you’re taking constructive criticism I’d advise you to look into getting more fiber and protein, and see if you can step down the amount of sugar you use, 5 teaspoons is an awful lot

My advice is just use the butter and olive oil sea salt for the tortellini without the extra teaspoon of olive oil and see how that tastes. Half the tortellini and put in some diced potato for some extra fiber, some lean turkey meat for protein, since this will keep you a little more full feeling throughout the day.

Put less sugar in your tea and add in a hard boiled egg and some spinach in the morning, for protein and fiber.

Jello will make a good volume snack, frozen grapes with lemon and tajin in you want some crunch, pickles if you want something salty, fiber one brownie if you need a pastry.

A baked potato, chicken, and some broccoli should be a good dinner.

Let me know if you want the recipe I use for tortellini soup! So good. Lots of veggies but still has tortellini to get your fill.

get some Splenda and lock in 😭 or get some sugar free sweetener syrup. 81 cals is a waste honestly
