Brasserie Royale, the new French restaurant in Sterling’s Cascades Marketplace center, just opened in July. Now that it’s firing on all cylinders, the team there is adding lunch and brunch services to its offerings.
The lunch menu – which is the same as the dinner menu – is already being offered Monday through through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. before reopening for dinner at 4:30 p.m. The restaurant is open all afternoon on Fridays.
Meanwhile, the brunch menu is available Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The new brunch menu features many of the favorite items from the main dinner menu, but also includes some special items just for brunch.
Maine Lobster Omelet
This includes a Maine Lobster Omelet with gruyère, spinach, and beurre monté; a Pain Perdu made with a house brioche, a suzette sauce, a crème Grand Marnier and brown butter; and a Croque Madame, which tops the brioche with Parisian ham, parmesan crème and a fried egg.
There are also special brunch cocktails on the menu, including the ubiquitous Bloody Mary made with Tito’s and cornichon-stuffed olives.
