QUICK DIPS: Smoky-sweet and deliciously creamy, this hummus comes together in minutes with just six simple ingredients!
Serves 6
Ready in 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
• 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas
• 70 g (½ cup) sunflower seeds
• 225 g roasted red peppers
• 1 teaspoon garlic granules
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• juice of ½ lemon
• 1 tablespoon water
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
Transfer into a dish and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, some fresh herbs, some additional roasted red pepper slices and a sprinkling of sunflower seeds.
Serve with toasted wholemeal pitta and/or crudites for ultimate dipping!
