It’s an odd question, but do you sometimes enjoy poking or slapping the dough when it’s done proofing for fun, not too much you want those gas bubbles. I admit I work from home and don’t get out as much as did in my younger years, I’m not sure if being silly with raw gassy dough in privacy of one’s own home is still considered fun or I might need to talk to a doctor if I say sourdough doughs jiggle like a nice boob.
