    Luki mein matha dal ke khao ras wali hindi mein usse chach kehte hai vo jo mkkhan nikalne ke baad liquid milti hai.Sam small fish luki bhindi mein tho swarg jaisa lagta hai usse chawal ke sath khao . Ye mp tribe ki recipe hai…..mere moh me pani aa gya.

    As a Bengali I love lauki (called "lau" in Bengali). In Bengali cuisine lauki is prepared in both vegetarian and non vegetarian ways – In Bengali vegetarian Dish lauki sabji is prepared with dal bari called "lau Ghonto".
    And in Bengali non vegetarian dish lauki is prepared with fish.

    Ye saare youtube wale interviewers ne to Lauki ko to logon ne itna badnaam kar diya hai jaise ki lauki nahi kutte ka meat ho.. They abhor the vegetable so much and look down upon it! I understand sab logon ko acchi nahi lagti lauki but bohot saari recipes ban sakti hain usse. Make raita, barfi, kheer out of it. In most families lauki chane ki dal so commonly made. Make puree of lauki and knead it with chapati dough itself. Lauki ka apna koi over powering taste nahi hota.

    Mujhe lauki ka chilla ,and lauki ko halka boil krke uske pakore and lauki kaa jhol wali sabji with aalu .last lauki kofta khao . boring koi sabji nhi hoti actually usko Banana ka tarika boring hota h
