Let’s make ranch spinach artichoke dip. Eat it with your favorite chips or your favorite veggies. I’m going to start off by using one of the slow cooker liners. I know some people hate on me for it, but it makes cleaning a lot easier. Then I’m going to use a 12 oz bag of chopped spinach. Add it to our crock pot. And this is quartered. You can also chop them up smaller if you’d like. I’m just doing this really quick. 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. I love the touch of cream cheese. 3 oz of Parmesan cheese. This is 6 oz. I’m going to use half a bag. I love using the pepper jack cheese. And this is 8 oz. And I’m just going to cube this. 1 8 oz of cream cheese. A tablespoon of minced garlic. Two tablespoons of your favorite mayo. I love Dukes. Two heaping tablespoons. Two heaping tablespoons of sour cream. One package of ranch seasoning mix. I love the hidden valley. About a teaspoon of onion powder. About 1/4 teaspoon of salt. and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. And if you like a little kick and you like a little spice, add in some crushed red peppers. Now, we’re going to cook this for 1 hour. Once the hour is up, we’re going to give it a good stir. Then, we’re going to cook it for another hour. We’re going to cook it on high for 1 hour. All right, it’s been an hour. We’re going to give it a quick stir. Add the lid back on and we’re going to cook it for another hour on high. It’s done. Now give last final stir. Eat it with your favorite chips or your favorite veggies and enjoy. And go Bucks.
