Meal prepped for 4 days, I made some Lebanese Tabbouleh Salad. So good I can eat this all week. It has lots of parsley, tomatoes, red onions, scallions, and I added cauliflower. My dressing was suppose to be Tatziki but I ran out of Greek Yogurt. So Olive oil will do the work 😁

So today I’m meal prepping for me for 4 days. This is Leven’s tabul. It’s a lot of parsley in the bottom. So it’s green onions, red onions, tomatoes, and instead of quinoa, I substitute it with um cauliflower rice. So I’m going to add some lemon later. And you know, I was going to mix tiki, but I didn’t have any yogurt, so olive oil will work. Yeah. [Music]
