If you only have 30 minutes for dinner, you need to make these beef and broccoli noodles. We’re going to slice the broccoli florit in half like this. If it’s a big piece like that, then you can cut it into three. Finally, slice some spring onion. Then show some garlic and ginger a great time. Then thinly slice some steak. You can use rump or sirloin for this. Now to velvet and basically tenderize the beef, we’re going to place it into a bowl with half a teaspoon of baking soda. 1 tbsp of corn flour and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Mixy mixy. Ideally, you want to do this bit first because we want it to marinate for about 10 minutes. Then boil the broccoli for a few minutes hot. For the sauce, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Mixy mixy. Heat some oil in your pan. Add the beef. Fry it for a few minutes. Garlic and ginger. Fry this for a couple of minutes. Then in with the broccoli. Boil the noodles. Then get the noodles into cold water to stop the cooking process. In with the noodles and the sauce. Mixy mixy. Look at that. Top with spring onion and sesame seeds. That is absolutely banging. Lovely.
