Veggie dumpling 🥟|fibre/ weight loss/ vitamins/ vegan
Ingredients:
Cabbage:1 medium sized
Finely chopped red bell pepper:1/2 cup
Finely chopped yellow bell pepper:1/2 cup
finely chopped Capsicum:1/2 cup
boiled green peas : 1/2 cup
boiled sweet corn:1/2 cup
Grated carrot:1/2 cup
Oil :2 tablespoons
Grated ginger: 1 tablespoon
Pepper powder:1/2 tablespoon
finely chopped green chillies:1 tablespoon
Salt:1/2 tablespoon/as per taste.
Boil the cabbage for 3-4 minutes. Let it cool. Carefully separate the leaves of boiled cabbage.
Stuffing:
Heat oil in a pan . Add red bell pepper,yellow bell pepper, capsicum, boiled peas & sweet corn, grated carrots. Sauté for 1-2 minutes on high flame. Put off the heat. Add salt.
Take a leaf of boiled cabbage. Place some stuffing on it. Fold into dumpling.
Heat a greased griddle or tava . Place the dumplings. Add some oil. Roast from both the side for a minute.
Serve hot with chilli oil and your favourite dip.
I have made a tomato dip .
You can use toothpicks to keep the dumplings intact. Make sure to remove the toothpicks before serving.
