    On the left we have a Korean fried chicken sandwich. Homemade hokkaido milk bun topped with flaky sea salt, then homemade pickled jalapenos, marinated chicken thigh covered in a Korean barbeque-ish sauce, garlic kewpie mayo on the buns, and a kimchi-cabbage slaw for the chicken to rest on. And then on the right is a plain chicken sandwich in case I didn’t like all that.
