One of the kings of French cuisine in Palm Beach — renowned chef-restaurateur Daniel Boulud’s Café Boulud at the Brazilian Court — is set to feature a Sept. 25 multi-course wine dinner highlighting French wine and classic French fare.

Featuring French regional food and wine, the five-course dinner ($175 a person) — advance reservations are a must — will spotlight a menu by executive chef Christopher Zabita and head pastry chef Rosana Quintero.

The evening at the restaurant, 301 Australian Ave., starts with a 6:45 p.m. wine-paired reception.

Each of the 7 p.m. dinner’s courses will be served with a wine-pairing selected by Café Boulud’s sommelier David Sauer.

Canapes are set to start the meal; among them, beef tartare with macaron au foie gras and roasted oysters.

Next, vichyssoise with lobster, crab and Osetra caviar will be served.

The third course is set to feature a foie-gras Ballantine accented by pistachios and cranberry. Rib of beef follows, accented by potato, lardon and maple syrup.

For dessert, guests will be treated to lychee-raspberry pavlova with lemon verbena cream.
