Zucchini is low in carbs but high in fiber, making it perfect for weight loss and digestion. It’s packed with vitamin C, potassium, and antioxidants—great for your skin, heart, and immune system. Place grated zucchini in a bowl. Peel and thinly slice one small onion. 🧅 Onions may make you cry, but they’re worth it! They’re rich in antioxidants and sulfur compounds that support your immune system, heart health, and even help detox your body. Place sliced onion in another bowl. Finely chop a handful of celery leaves 🌿 Don’t toss those celery tops! The leaves are full of flavor and even more nutrients than the stalks.
