73g of protein in under 600 calories!!! 😱 I’m in my high protein gym era, en route to managing managing my back arthritis, improving my mental health, and getting a 6 pack. Just kidding about the 6 pack…but I wouldn’t be opposed 😂
Measured with my heart and vague memory for this one, you got this 💪🏼

Today we’re making high protein Turkish pasta. 73 grams of protein and under 600 calories in this big bowl. Georgia and I are on a fitness journey. We’re trying to become the best versions of ourselves before we go on our honeymoon. We don’t have a location planned yet. So, if you have suggestions, leave them in the comments below. And so, today we have 1 hour before his next meeting. I’m going to make Turkish pasta. I only watch one video. I don’t memorize any of these recipes. So, I’m just going to wing it with what I have. I have less than half a tub of yogurt. I have to loosen it by adding a little bit of water, but I’m going to use bone broth for just a little more protein. I’m going to add a good amount of garlic. This is my favorite garlic chopper. It’s like a hot wheel. It just chops it. It’s amazing. Look at that. Throwing in the garlic, a little bit of black pepper, some salt, and a little bit of paprika. One of our best friends who’s Armenian, we went to her house and she made like garlic yogurt and just mixed it with rice and she was like, “Guys, I know this sounds weird, but just trust me, try this.” It was so freaking good. She was like, “It’s one of our favorite snacks.” And I’m like, “I can see why.” I’m going to let this sit. Let’s cook the beef. My pan is heating up. Also, this might be my favorite new pan. I use this pan all the time. It is the Our Place titanium pan. This is not sponsored, but I love it. While that’s heating up, I’m going to have to cook my onions first. So, I’m just going to season my ground beef, some salt, black pepper, some paprika, and George and I like spice, so I’m adding a good amount of cayenne. Let’s oil up our pan. Going to chop our onions. We’re going to brown this a little bit. Onions are slightly brown. Let’s toss in our ground beef. I didn’t really mix it that well, by the way. Garlic. All right, we’re just going to cook this. This is looking pretty good. One of my favorite things to do when cooking ground beef, but I go like this. Hold them closely together and press down to break up the clumps. Some chunks are okay, obviously, but I do prefer a fine mix. Adding in a little bit of tomato paste. I got such lean beef. There’s like very little oil in here. The beef is done. Now, we’re going to cook our pasta. We’re using a high protein pasta. My water is boiling. Adding a lot of salt. Going to add in our pasta. I measured out one serving. This cooks so fast. It cooks in like 5 minutes. My priority right now is protein intake. So, honestly, this will do. I can totally tell it’s an alternative pasta. And if I did not care about my protein intake right now, I would honestly just opt for regular pasta. That being said, it’s not bad. Let’s drain this and put everything together. Add our ground beef, our yogurt sauce. Oh, yeah. cherry tomatoes and some parsley. And last but not least, I’m going to sprinkle on some suma. And it’s done. It’s beautiful. And we still have like 30 minutes before George’s meeting, so we got this done quick. Oo, I cannot wait. Damn, that is gorgeous. 73 g of protein, 590 calories. Damn. Cheers. Cheers. That yogurt is incredible. Thank you. Good job, babe. Yum.

Def need to bulk up my protein intake 😄
The pasta looked delicious, and Iceland is pretty unique for a honeymoon spot. Anywhere will be great though, because you'll be together✌️😊
