If you’re looking for a way to switch up dinner tonight, these fried ground beef tacos are just for you. To a bowl, we’re going to add in half a pound of ground beef. Then season with garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Now, just give our meat a good mix until it’s nice and combined with our seasonings. To some steamed corn tortillas, we’re going to spread on some of our meat mixture until it looks just like this. to a pan with hot oil. We’re going to fold our tortilla in half, then lightly fry the bottom for about 30 seconds to help hold its shape. We’re now going to lay our taco down. And repeat with the other ones. After a couple of minutes, we’re going to turn our tacos over, then just gently hold them open so they don’t close. And allow them to fry for two more minutes. Once our shells are golden and crispy and the ground beef is cooked through, we’re going to remove room from a pan and set them on some paper towels. After frying, we can get ready to serve. Finally, after serving, our tacos are done and ready to enjoy.

Very interesting Vanessa! I've never made fried tacos before, only soft tacos! I have to try it your way. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
