    This isn’t a cheat meal, this is a binge. I would recommend not restricting yourself so hard if you are, and incorporate meals you enjoy regularly into your diet.

  5. Serving sizes would be useful. Is a jar a peanut butter like, a *whole* jar of peanut butter? A mini jar? An already open jar? Or straight, peel the lid go to town? And a picture of a bag doesn’t tell you anything about what sushi you got, the ingredients or the size.

    Also a whole can of almonds and peanut butter is already thousands of calories. Hard to imagine you wouldn’t be sick if you added a pint of ice cream AND 5 crumbl cookies on top even if they were minis

    Like others said, maybe look into binge eating and see if it resonates

    you could easily calculate the calories by looking up the calories for the cookies and looking at the nutrition labels. the only one worth asking about is the sushi if it came from a local shop and even then, you didn’t mention what kind of sushi it was nor did you provide photos of what the food looked like. i’m not sure how we are meant to help with this

    this isn’t a cheat meal this is a binge. you’re looking at 10k minimum but i wouldn’t be shocked if it was closer to 15 maybe even 20… i hope you’re okay 🫶🏻

    Love, with all do respect, perhaps it shall be wise to seek professional help at this point. Perhaps a nutritionist and therapist? This is truly alarming for eating disorders.

    Based on your account history you lost 90lbs which is amazing progress and also noticed this is the second time you ate a jar of peanut butter in the last two weeks. I’m sure you have counted calories before and everyone knows how discouraging it is to enter a cheat meal, but this is beyond excessive and will quickly undo the weight loss. If a nutrionist, doctor, therapist are beyond your means, I can only recommend a maintenance diet where you incorporate some of these cheat meals sprinkled in.

    This is not a meal, for you or for anyone. It sounds like you have a serious eating disorder and you should seek help.

    Edit: just looked at your post history and I’ve more or less been where you are right now. You used to be overweight and are now a healthy weight and you can figure out how to acclimate to eating normally so you’re starving yourself and binging.

    I would very very seriously encourage you to seek help. I’ve been down this road and it does not end well at all.

    Oh forgot to add the morning after, I was still hungry so I had a pint of Ben and Jerry’s, king size Oreo pack, muddy buddies, a cheesecake cookie, cookie dough and gushers. I think it was another 5000. According to your guys estimates and this is say the cheat meal was 16,000 calories around.
