This is my first purchase on my journey into canned fish. I am excited to try these and I hope, really enjoy them. I also wish to reap the benefits of eating better

Awesome choices, I’m definitely a fan of King Oscar brand on the days I don’t want to spend Fishwife kinda money.
The plain KO in olive oil are my go to lately, either on a cracker/toast with hot sauce, or sometimes I like to get a fresh lemon and squeeze a little in the can with some zest on top

The smoked mackerel is soooo good. I eat it over white rice with some crispy chili oil. I would love to try the rainbow trout.
