Perilla Fare has been hosting Wiener Wars on Monday’s this summer. Today’s match up was Brasero/El Che vs. Le Bouchon/Obelix. Both had incredible takes on a hot dog! Even with the rain these guys delivered. Hard to choose a winner but had to go with El Che (they won today’s match). Bouchon had lamb neck as a topping and was really good, but not enough to sway my vote.
