FAQ:
• The glass containers are 'Igluu' off Amazon
• The breakfast containers/parfait pots are brandless; just search them on Amazon & get whatever is cheapest
• The app I use is 'Calorie Counter' by NutraCheck
• Food all freezes fine, except for the fruit & dip which goes in the fridge – fruit stays good in the air-tight container. Jelly also stays in the fridge.

Mayo gets added to the tuna pasta when serving & the meringue also gets added on the day.

Also I have no idea what makes the ‘Korean beef bowl’ Korean that was just the name of the recipe I followed from TikTok!
