Hey guys, I just wanted to share my personal pizza success with you.
It was honestly the best self-made pizza of my life – baked in a cheap €150 pizza oven.
I used a super simple recipe with:
• 70% hydration
• 3g fresh yeast
• 30g salt
• 72h cold fermentation in the fridge
I don’t even have a dough mixer, so this is really something anyone can do. This was only about my 7th or 8th time making pizza, and I finally got this result.
So to everyone out there who’s struggling – don’t give up! 🍕

Nice! I have the same oven.
For how long did you bake it? I find that I’m getting the best results in around 3.5 minutes at max temperature. The preset 2 min is just too short, the crust remains mostly white.
Good work. I have the Unold Don Alfredo. It lives in the garage and is brought in for pizza time. Works great for one pizza for just myself or 5 or 6 in a pizza party. Reminds me I’ve not had a pizza for a few weeks !
