  2. Clearly chef returned the folded tortilla to a hot, oiled pan because there is only one part that has a crisp surface – the other folded parts are soft. My guess is chef folded the tortilla, returned it to the pan to get a crisp surface, cut it and then plated it. Why not just show us ALL of the steps so we actually could make this dish?

If you’re someone like me who used to be very large, I used to weigh 270 pounds and you watch your carbs you can make this exact thing just like frying the eggs and flipping them that way and using the egg as a quesadilla or you can melt cheese and pan fry it and then put the egg on top of the cheese and flip it and make a quesadilla/tortilla shell out of just egg when I was at the strictest part of my weight loss journey and I was eating absolutely no bread no carbs at all that’s what I used to do

  6. It would be great to list all the ingredients and also what’s the sauce and it looks like you put parsley or maybe green onion mixed with the eggs…? Missing some of the important details.
