

I recently asked how to manage 4 racks of baby backs on a single kettle after our guest list doubled the day before hosting.
I picked up a Weber rib rack this morning and had the ribs smoking by 11 AM. Used snake method at 225 for 4 hours, wrapped in foil for one at 350. Painted with sauce for 15 minutes and served. Basted with cream soda, end result was delicious!

How did the ribs come out with the rack? I am meaning to get one.
The rack required some more management and shuffling but all came out amazing. Half way through the snake, I reversed the rack order front to back. The snake took care of left to right.
