Time to step your burrito game up. Let’s make our chimmy cherry steak marinade. Four cloves of fresh garlic. One bunch of parsley. I’m using curly. 2 tsps of dried oregano. Half teaspoon of cumin. 2 tbsps of red wine vinegar. 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes. Couple pinches of salt. Couple dashes of pepper. A juice of a lemon. I’m go ahead and load this up to about a/4 cup of olive oil. She is a be a little over a pound of skirt steak. Drop it into my gallon. Dump your marinade on there. Reserve a little bit about a/4 of a cup. We’ll use that later in the recipe. refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Now we’re going to make a little quick reffried beans. Little oil, half of a diced onion, little salt, little pepper, little cumin. We’re going to cook these for about 5 minutes. Cook these beans down for about 10 minutes. Now that our beans have simmered for about 10 minutes and softened up, I’m going to start mashing them up. One cup of rinsed rice, one cup of chicken stock, salt, pepper, and garlic, paprika, ketchup, cook your rice, and set it aside. One avocado. Mine was not ripe enough, but I made it work. Let’s get that thing out. Put it on a sheet pan with a rack. I hit it with some salt. Now, I’m going to go into the broiler about 3 to 5 in each side. Aiming for a medium rare.
