*Focaccia*
* 3 1/2 cups (420 grams) bread or all-purpose flour
* 1 1/4 tsp. (8 grams) salt
* 1 tbsp. (9 grams) instant yeast
* 3 1/3 tbsp. (45 ml) oil (olive, avocado, vegetable etc.)
* 1 tbsp. (15 ml) honey
* 1 1/2 cups (340 grams) water, warm (or apple juice, apple cider)
* oil, for the pan
*Apple Topping*
* 3 apples, peeled and chopped into small cubes
* 1 tbsp. (15 grams) lemon juice
* 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
*Cinnamon Butter Filling*
* 1/2 cup (115 grams) salted butter, melted
* 1/2 cup (100 grams) brown sugar
* Heaped tbsp. (8 grams) cinnamon
* 1/4tsp (1gram) of fresh nutmeg
* pinch of salt
* 1/4 tsp. (1 gram) vanilla extract
*Glaze*
* 1/2 cup (60 grams) icing or powdered sugar
* 1 tsp. (5 ml) water, at a time until you reach the desired consistency
