So I've had the Joe a bit over a month now and never smoked meat before. So far I've tried brisket, short ribs and chicken. Tonight I tried my hand at some baby back ribs. After being confused on how to trim them up and a bit of YouTube research they came out amazing. Loving this smoker and how versatile it is.
