They’re already making one of the top Texas style briskets in the area and the char siu inspired ribs were fantastic. Banh mi was a great vehicle for the brisket, too, the pickled veg, fresh cucumbers and jalapenos offer a nice counterpoint to the smokey fatty brisket. Can’t wait till they have a proper brick and mortar so I can get these on the regular!
