had these made for me at a street festival yesterday and yours look almost identical. they were the most delicious i’ve ever had. so i imagine these are the most delicious ever 🙂

  4. What cut of meat did you use? I always have trouble finding a good cut for homemade Philly. These look awesome.

Looks amazing, except I prefer my bread not toasted. I like it when it soaks up some of the juices. Extra flavor.

I just got a Blackstone two months ago and cheesesteaks were the first thing I did…. And second…. And third..

    Then breakfast.

And just smoked some pepperjack that in a month I get to dive into, also have my garden peppers starting to come in. Guess what I’m going to yet again make?

I’m addicted to a good Philly.
