As per the sushi sub, and my own venture into making an “american” breakfast style roll…. it is more of a venture of kimbap.
But that sounds like an odd bit of a roll. Pb and jelly sound like it could do something with a dessert style sticky rice kinda something. I don’t know how to feel about with a nori wrap with peanut butter and jelly, I mean I get sweet and savory, but this seems something quite awkward.
