π‚π‘π’πœπ€πžπ§ 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚 (𝐰𝐒𝐭𝐑 π‚π«πžπšπ¦)

250 grams spaghetti
salted water for boiling
2 pcs chicken breast
salt, pepper and garlic powder
4 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup pasta water
1 cup all purpose cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup pesto
1/4 cup sliced olives
salt and pepper to taste

1. Season both sides of the chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
2. In a pan, add some oil. Sear both sides of the chicken until golden brown (about 7-8 minutes per side). Remove from pan and slice into bite size pieces. Set aside.
3. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
4. On the same pan where the chicken was cooked, add more olive oil. SautΓ© the garlic until aromatic. De glaze the pan with a bit of the pasta water.
5. Add the all purpose cream, pasta water and parmesan cheese. Stir and bring to a simmer.
6. Add the olives and the pesto. Mix until combined.
7. Add the cooked pasta. Toss until covered with the sauce.
8. Finally add the diced chicken and stir until combined. Top with more parmesan cheese.
