    I want to say food safe wires but tbh I just eat them whole 99% of the time.

  2. We use fishing lines (tied to something). Cut them radially. Also if you have an Asian grocery store, try to find Japanese eggs, the yolks are reddish orange and makes the ajitama look beautiful.
