Dill Pickle Reaper Hot Sauce from Buc-ee's is great for cooking diced chicken with portobello mushrooms. Afterward I added them to a poblano parmesan sauce with sun dried tomatoes in whole grain penne pasta. It had a nice tangy heat to it.

I bought a few of the Buc-ee’s sauces and they were all really bad, glad you found a use for them
