
Got some kalbi from san soo gap san in chicago. Vortex was quarter filled with unlit charcoal and filled with a full chimney. Laid a round Japanese grill grate on top. Whole process was 40 minutes and plenty of charcoal left!

Thanks going to show my wife this video after the vortex is already on its way. How full of charcoal did you have it? I’m not seeing any flare ups as well!
