Lamb Kofta – Ready in 15 minutes

Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground lamb (you can also use beef for this recipe)
– 3 to 5 cloves of garlic, minced finely
– 1/4 to 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1/2 white onion, grated
– 1 tablespoon oregano
– 1 tablespoon cumin
– 1 tablespoon paprika
– 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
– 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt

Method:
– Place lamb into a bowl
– Mince garlic and grate onion directly into the lamb
– Mix breadcrumbs and all spices thoroughly
– Form into long logs and place skewers in the center
– Broil on the top rack for 12 minutes, pulling out to rotate 3 to 4 times
– Remove and let cool for a few minutes once browned and starting to get crispy
