You made gauc? 😂 “I think I’m on to something”

  2. i don’t understand how it’s not normal?? 😩chipotle puts red onions in their guac, as do so many other places

edit: i call them different things to personally differentiate wtf reddit😭

That’s what I like to call “Avocado Mash”. It’s not exactly guac, but it’s pretty damn close. Mine is usually one mashed up Avocado, helllla onion, onion powder and garlic powder + salt if you want. Very good stuff for sandwich spreading, not as abnormal as one might think

Pickled onions work well with avocado toast too.

This is an incredibly normal food for me when I have access to good avocados.

That is the best way to do guac! I’ve stopped buying avocados here in Sweden however because it’s near impossible to find fresh ones T_T

    Just make onion toast.

Avocado doesn’t have to be in everything.

Mm. I used to love eating this, but added sprouts and nutritional yeast. Trying to avoid too many carbs lately, but maybe I can use it as a dip for veggies. 😭
